Dwoskin of I.C.A. Realty brokers sale of 27,594 s/f Danbury retail property

James Dwoskin, president of I.C.A. Realty Corp. has brokered the sale of a triple net leased Borders Books & Music located at 110 Federal Rd. This was a complicated, highly structured deal. The 27,594 s/f property has one of the best retail locations in the area. Dwoskin represented both buyer and seller in this transaction. I.C.A. Realty specializes in the sale of single tenant net lease properties to investors in the midst of 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Over the last nine years, Dwoskin has sold over 280 single-tenant projects in 34 states and the District of Columbia. The aggregate sales price of these properties exceeds $1.1 billion.
