NAI Summit represented both the seller, Jack Jones Buick Inc., and the buyer, West Bethlehem Ventures, LLC in the sale of the former Jack Jones Buick building. The sale price of the transaction was $335,000. The building has 24,000 s/f of flex and retail space.
