The Greater New York Development Co. (GNYDC) recently assisted in the financing of over 8,000 s/f of commercial real estate in the borough.
Don DiMartini, VP lending financed New York Commercial Press, Inc./Exact Litho, Inc., a commercial printing company owned by Christopher Rozycki. They received a $1.037 million SBA 504 loan as part of a $2.505 million financing package to purchase and expand their business now occupying the 8,000 s/f 6th floor of a commercial industrial building located at 125 Maiden Lane.
