In addition, Burlington Coat Factory is joining the vibrant retail mix in 2017. Among the quick service restaurants lining the street are Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, Applebees, Wendy’s, Popeye’s, Burger King and McDonald’s. Diamond said, “In addition to being the main retail corridor in a well-established neighborhood, it is accessible to public transportation and close to JFK. There is already a strong consumer base here and with the advent of several new major hotel and mixed-use retail projects, it will continue to grow.”
