Densen and Mayor of Island Assocs. broker $450,000 sale
East Islip NY Lawrence Densen and Chris Mayor of Island Associates Real Estate Smithtown NY have completed the $450,000 sale of a stand-alone office building.
The property, located at 248 Montauk Hwy., was sold by Gibson & Godiva Inc. to AmeriKen Pools Inc. A pool servicing company specializing in swimming pool openings/closings, power vacuuming, weekly service, saltwater conversions, equipment installations and repairs.
The seller Gibson & Godiva was happy about the sale, terms, price, and support.
AmeriKen Pools Inc is excited for a new corporate headquarters and room to expand operations. “Densen and Mayor made the process smooth and quick and exceeded our expectations. I will recommend them to my family, friends, and associates,” said AmeriKen Pools president.
