Delisle of Island Associates arranges $4 million sale of 36,000 s/f building

West Hempstead, NY Roger Delisle, Jr., CCIM, managing director & commercial broker of Island Associates Real Estate Inc. has negotiated and closed the sale of 605 Woodfield Rd. for $4 million. He was the sole broker on the transaction. The site consists of a 36,000 s/f building consisting of a Western Beef supermarket occupying over 33,000 s/f and a Gino’s Pizzeria. 

The seller was Carvel Holding Corp., who was the original operator of a supermarket at the location, and the purchaser was Western Beef, the current operator of the supermarket. The closing occurred the first week of August.
