Donald Davis and Philip Maisch of Daniel Gale Commercial sold a 3,000 s/f office condo at One School St., which closed on May 30. The purchase price was $750,000. It was listed by John Magnani of Daniel Gale Commercial The property was purchased by La Fuerza Unida, Inc. of Glen Cove, New York and will be used as their offices and training center. La Fuerza Unida is a Texas-based group whose mission is to empower women working and their families through education, organization and advocacy.
