Cushman & Wakefield expands NYC office leasing team with hiring of Randy Abend as executive managing director

Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has hired Randy Abend as executive managing director, based in the firm’s New York City office. Abend will focus on tenant representation and agency client services throughout the Manhattan office market, as well as national and international account work for larger corporate clients.

Abend will join the office leasing team of Adam Ardise, Stephen Bellwood, Bryan Boisi and Daniel Thompson.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Abend spent 23 years with JLL, most recently serving as a managing director in the firm’s New York office. He has been involved in more than 9 million s/f of lease transactions, with clients including Schonfeld Strategic Advisors, Wellington Management, Microsoft, Meredith Corporation, Oracle, the Carlyle Group, Boston Properties, Oestreicher Properties, Midwood Investment & Development and Silverstein Properties. Abend began his career as an Associate at Colliers ABR.

He earned his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.
