Curtis of One Realty Services, Inc. brokers $3.7 million sale
East Moriches, NY Patrick Curtis, the corporate broker for Bohemia, Long Island-based One Realty Services, Inc., has brokered the sale of Windswept Marina, 215 E. Atlantic Ave., one of the largest marinas in the area.
The property features a restaurant called “Coral” and 132 boat slips.One Realty Services, Inc. was the sole broker.
Due to the high demand for properties in this area there was significant competition for the listing. The deal closed in an all-cash transaction at a sales price of $3.7 million.
