Conley, Hathaway, Brower and Salvetti of Pyramid Brokerage Company handle four deals

Pyramid Brokerage Company recently completed the following transactions: * Michael Conley of Pyramid represented the seller, Isabel Nackley in the investment sale of a 4,484 s/f apartment building located at 2400 Genesee St. The property sold to Dominick Vettere for $150,000. * The 5,109 s/f commercial building located at 325 Bleecker St. recently sold. Carpenters Local 747 sold the property to Frank Cortrupe for $76,000. Anthony Hathaway and Rick Brower of Pyramid brokered the sale. * The former Knights of Columbus building, located at 7751 Merrick St., Rome, NY, recently sold. James Thomas Sprock, purchased the 8,828 s/f building for $225,000. Anthony Hathaway, Lee Salvetti and Brower of Pyramid brokered the sale. * Tektronix recently leased 10,728 s/f of office space located at 428 Phoenix Dr., Rome. Hathaway and Brower of Pyramid represented the tenant in this lease.
