The deals include the following: * Richard Curri of Conley Associates represented the tenant, Public Financial Management Group, in the 2,665 s/f lease of office space at 30 South Pearl. The landlord is PS Associates L.P. * Zac Conley, CCIM, of Conley Associates represented the tenant, Dr. Patel of CapitalCare Medical Group in the 5,000 s/f lease of medical space for a new Sleep & Pulmonary Center located at 2125 River Rd., Niskayuna. The landlord is 2125 River Rd. Realty, LLC.
