Community Commercial closes
two retail leases - 2,200 s/f

65 Merrick Avenue - Merrick, NY

Merrick, NY Community Commercial, under the guidance of broker Todd McIndoo, has concluded two retail lease transactions at 65 Merrick Ave., on behalf of Jam Realty Enterprises LLC from Garden City, NY, the property’s owners.

The first involved leasing 1,100 s/f to Fashion Factory, a clothing boutique specializing in providing trendy and budget-friendly styles. Community Commercial represented both the tenant and the landlord in this particular deal.

In another lease at 65 Merrick Ave., Oliveit Company, an enterprise known for its personalized gifts, party supplies, floral designs, and event coordination, secured a 1,100 s/f retail space. For this transaction, the landlord was represented by Community and McIndoo, while the tenant was represented by Homesmart CrossIsland with broker Arthur Briscoe.

Todd McIndoo, the broker at Community, expressed his satisfaction at successfully finalizing these two lease transactions with these entrepreneurial ventures. He highlighted the resilience of small businesses and the fortitude they embody.
