Colucci, O'Neill and Balash of Pyramid handle $770,000 sale

The former Lifetime Health Services building, located at 2394 Rte. 11 was sold for $770.000. McCabe Family Development purchased the 17,430 s/f medical office building, situated on 4.34 acres. The new owners plan to use the property as their corporate headquarters. William Colucci and Daniel O'Neill of Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the seller, Genesee Valley Group Health, and Brian Balash, also of Pyramid Brokerage, represented the buyer.
