Colligan of Largo Capital arranges $15 million loan to refinance multifamily property
Norristown, PA Neal Colligan, Principal at Largo Capital, arranged a $15 million loan to refinance a 328-unit multifamily property.
The property, currently 99% occupied, consists of 17 buildings that contain a variety of 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans ranging from 750 to 975 s/f. Residents enjoy private entrances, on-site parking & laundry, 24/7 management, a private tennis court, pool, clubhouse, and many other amenities.
