Stephen Linde has joined Cohen & Perfetto LLP as a partner. Linde will concentrate his practice in commercial real estate transactions, involving both commercial and industrial properties. He has experience in leasing, acquisition and sales, mortgage financing, real estate securitization and equity financing. He also has experience working with not-for-profit entities and foreign investors. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brandeis University. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his MBA from NYU, Graduate School of Business.
Before joining Cohen & Perfetto, Linde, served as Senior Counsel for Holland Knight LLP for six years.
