Cohen of Sabre acts for landlord, Crotona Center Corp., in 3,500 s/f lease

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged a lease for a storefront medical office for Dr. Maria Molina, a pediatrician who operates as First Steps Pediatrics. Dr. Molina leased 3,500 s/f of retail space at 705 E.180th St., a strip center in the Crotona Park section. The new office is expected to open Feb. 1, 2013. Spencer Cohen, a senior associate at Sabre, represented the landlord, Crotona Center Corp., an affiliate of Procida Construction. Founded by Kenneth Breslin and Jayson Siano, experienced retail real estate professionals, Sabre Real Estate Group is a full-service retail real estate brokerage company focused on tenant and owner representation. Sabre also offers retail, restaurant and franchise consultation services, investment sales and property management.
