Cohen of Ashlind Properties completes 85,000 s/f lease; Attivissimo of Griener Maltz represents landlord
Central Islip, NY Richard Cohen, president of Ashlind Properties, an industrial/commercial Realtor, has arranged an 85,000 s/f warehouse lease. He represented the tenant, Elm Freight Handlers, who will occupy 555 N. Research Place. The space consists of two separate units – a 40,000 s/f and 45,000 s/f with 28’ clear ceiling height and 10 loading docks.
The landlord was represented by Tom Attivissimo, CCIM, of Greiner Maltz.
Ashlind Properties, established in1990 and headquartered in Hauppauge, is an independent, full-service commercial real estate firm that provides specialized industrial real estate brokerage.
