Cohen of Ashlind Properties negotiates sales in Hauppauge and Bohemia totaling $10.85 million

Hauppauge NY Richard Cohen, president of Ashlind Properties, has completed two sales totaling $10.85 million. The deals include the following:

• The $5.65 million sale of 40 Rabro Dr. After tenanting 40 Rabro Dr. with a long term tenant, Tribeca NIK, Ashlind Properties was instrumental in finding an investor, EMX Holdings LLC to purchase the building from MJJP Realty LLC. 

• The $5.2 million sale of 1401 Lakeland Ave., Bohemia. The 57,590 s/f building was sold to investor, Festivus LLC.  The purchasers bought the building as an investment whereby NY Tent signed a 20-year lease. NY Tent services customers’ needs with hands-on planning and a sophisticated design sense that is key to executing every event with flawless precision.  The attorney representing the seller was David Perkins of The Law Office of David L. Perkins, PLLC.
