Chicago, Il Clear Investment Group, (“Clear”) a leading real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily workforce housing, announced a series of key hires and internal promotions designed to support the firm’s continued growth and its strategic expansion in preparation for the launch of Fund II.
These new team members bring a depth of industry expertise and operational excellence that will enhance Clear Investment Group’s ability to scale effectively while maintaining its commitment to disciplined investment and asset management.
Matt Kleifges joins as senior director of asset and property management. With extensive experience in managing large-scale real estate portfolios, Kleifges will be instrumental in optimizing property performance.
Steve Duguid joins the firm as director of construction and capital projects. A licensed architect with a proven track record in project management, Duguid brings invaluable experience in overseeing capital improvements and construction initiatives. His leadership will ensure efficient and on time capital projects across the firm’s growing portfolio.
Steve Taylor has been appointed director of technology, bringing with him a wealth of experience in artificial intelligence integration and Yardi property management software. His addition reflects Clear’s ongoing investment in technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiencies and data-driven decision making.
John Adam joins as financial controller, adding strength to Clear’s financial management and reporting capabilities. His expertise will be vital as the firm scales its operations and prepares for growth with Fund II.
In addition to these new hires, Lindsay Rodriguez, formerly serving in an asset and property management capacity, has been promoted to director of acquisitions. In this new role, Rodriguez will focus on identifying and securing strategic investment opportunities, further supporting Clear’s acquisition pipeline as the company continues to grow.
