Clark of Capmark refinances $21.2m loan for Hilton Waco hotel
Capmark Finance Inc. originated $21.2 million in floating-rate refinancing for the Hilton Waco hotel. The borrower was Wieri Waco H Property, L.P.
The 195-guestroom Hilton Waco is an 11-story, full-service hotel built in 1981 on three acres at 113 S. University Parks Dr. The borrower has invested more than $16 million in renovations at the property during the past two years, updating and transforming this hotel. Â
Vice president Christopher Clark, a hospitality finance expert in Capmark Finance's McLean, Va., office, originated the loan.
