CIREB elects new leaders: Conroy of Prudential Blake Atlantic named CIREB president

At its Annual Meeting of the Membership, CIREB members voted and approved the following for officers: President, James Conroy, associate broker with Prudential Blake Atlantic; vice president, Kevin Parisi, principal broker with Trinity Realty Group; secretary/treasurer, Peter McKee, associate broker with Re/max Premier; and immediate past-president, Paul Bulmer, associate broker with Vanguard Fine. The membership also voted and approved the following for directors: Tom Cairns, associate broker with NAI Platform, Michael Crisafulli associate broker with Crisafulli Associates and Daniel Simpson, associate broker with CB Richard Ellis/Albany. The Windsor Cos. hosted CIREB's December marketing session at the Shops at Village Plaza, located in Clifton Park. You will learn the terminology and key clauses found in most leases and examine the entire leasing process. The cost is $100 for CIREB members and $125 for non-members.
