CIBS honors Poch, Lomazow, Karson and Heilpern of CB Richard Ellis' Long Island office with Most Ingenious Deal of the Year

According to ABLI/CIBS, they recently held their annual black tie dinner at Carlyle on the Green. David Pennetta, CIBS president, bestowed its Most Ingenious Deal of the Year award to Michael Poch, Marty Lomazow, Richard Karson and Phil Heilpern of CBRE's Long Island office. According to Pennetta, "The building was underperforming the market over the past 15 years. CBRE sold the building to Joe Farkas, president of Metropolitan Realty, and Joe was able to package BJ's as a tenant for 60,000 s/f."
