Chkheidze of Massey Knakal secures retail lease at 110 West End Avenue

Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a new long-term lease for a retail space at110 West End Ave., located between West 63rd and West 64th Sts. on the Upper West Side neighborhood. The site contains approximately 1,910 s/f on the ground floor with ten ft. high ceilings. It benefits from approximately 800 s/f of basement space and 30 ft. of frontage on one of the busiest blocks of West End Ave. The site will be occupied by a nail salon and spa. This space is located two blocks from the Lincoln Center subway station and just steps from bus stops. Neighboring retailers include Western Beef, Subway Restaurant, River School and Hertz. "We are pleased to have leased the space to a nail salon and spa as they will be a great fit for the community," said director of retail leasing David Chkheidze, who exclusively represented the landlord.
