Chambers of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates arranges a 5,700 s/f lease
"Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates' Allison Chambers arranged a 5,700 s/f lease for Stars and Knights Day School, a Brooklyn-based elementary school, in the 4-story building at 755 Eastern Pkwy. in the Crown Heights neighborhood," said Neil Dolgin, executive vice president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates.
Chambers represented both the owner, Desmond Kowlessar, and the tenant, Stars and Knights Day School, in the transaction. Formerly the site of Arista Preparatory School, the 11,000 s/f property features high ceilings, an enclosed paved area in the front of the school and unique prewar details in its attractive stone façade.
"In an effort to expand its student capacity from another location in Crown Heights, Stars and Knights sought a top-tier second location that already offered this existing classroom infrastructure," Chambers said. "It is rare that a property of this type and caliber comes on the market."
