Carello of KW Commercial sells 3,000 s/f warehouse
Lynbrook, NY Rick Carello of KW Commercial completed the sale of a 3,000 s/f warehouse located at 283 Hendrickson Ave.
The sale price was $764,000.
The seller was Gabriel/AGI and the purchaser was O’Connor Construction. Private equity funded the transaction.
