Carello of KW Commercial facilitates 7,140 s/f office space lease
Freeport, NY Rick Carello of KW Commercial has completed the leasing of 72 Guy Lombardo Ave.
The 7,140 s/f office building is fully occupied with medical, legal, and community service tenants.
Carello represented the owner, Argent LLC a multi-state private investment company and the tenant.
