Valley Stream, NY Rick Carello of KW Commercial completed the $754,600 sale of 28 Brooklyn Ave. The five-unit multifamily dwelling is currently fully occupied and generates a 6.6% cap rate. The seller was Argent LLC and the buyer was K & S Capital Realty, an investment group from Queens.
