Carello of KW Commercial arranges $850,000 sale
KW Commercial
Plainview, NY Rick Carello of KW Commercial completed the $850,000 sale of 811 Old Country Rd. The transaction was funded by private equity. The 3,559 s/f office building will be partly owner occupied. Carello represented the seller. The buyer was represented by SolHakimian and Sherry Hakimian of Daniel Gale Manhasset.
