Calamar retrofitting 45,000 s/f space on the third floor of the Main Place Tower
Calamar is nearing completion on a tenant improvement project on the third floor of the Main Place Tower. The project build out includes complete construction services to provide new tenant space for general offices (including electrical, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, and fire suppression system for the server rooms) as well as modifications to the existing elevators and the installation of a new security system. The entire project was developed as Design-Build by Calamar who partnered with Silvestri Architects and is comprised of 45,000 s/f which consists of three tenant units.
Calamar's construction division provides complete renovation/rehab services as well as new build construction in pre-engineered metal, conventional and specializes in site cast concrete tilt-up construction.
