Calamar expands leasing department with the addition of Lister and Muncie

Calamar has expanded their leasing department with the appointment of Sandra Lister and Kimberley Muncie as leasing executives. Muncie is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana and has a wide variety of experience with real estate, sales and leasing and property management. Lister was most recently employed by Largo Real Estate as a commercial loan underwriter and financial analyst, involved in all aspects of commercial leasing and loan terms. "We are very excited to have both Sandra and Kimberley on board", said Calamar president Kenneth Franasiak. "They both possess extensive real estate knowledge and experience that will prove to be a valuable asset to Calamar and subsequently to our clients and tenants as we commit to our strategy of providing value added solutions. As we continue to grow and expand regionally, the expansion of our leasing department is an essential component of our future." Calamar is a full-service real estate firm comprised of construction, development, property management and finance & investment divisions for commercial and large-scale residential properties in the northeast and midwest regions.
