The site is located at 421-433 East 13th St. and 420 East 14th St. The former environmentally compromised site consisted of 100-year old buildings with subsurface soil and groundwater contamination from historical land use. CA Rich coordinated the cleanup with the Ascend Group's redevelopment plan and NYSDEC's remediation requirements to speed the cleanup and compliance process and allow new residential construction.
