Buslik of Adams & Co. completes two leases at 231 W. 39th St. totaling 5,087 s/f

James Buslik of Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered two lease expansions at 231 W. 39th St. totaling 5,087 s/f. The leases include an eight-year, 2,900 s/f expansion for Hotline Showroom Inc. and a short-term 2,187 s/f expansion for James Perse Enterprises Inc. Hotline will occupy a total of 5,800 s/f and James Perse will occupy a total of 4,508 s/f. Buslik represented both tenants and the landlord. The 12-story building is located between Penn Station, Times Sq. and Grand Central station.
