Burch joins Hiscock & Barclay as an associate

According to Hiscock & Barclay, David Burch Jr., Esq., has joined the firm as an associate in the economic & project development, energy & utilities, and commercial litigation practice groups. In 2006, he graduated cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University. He is a member of the NYS and Onondaga County Bar Associations and is licensed to practice in NYS as well as the U.S. District Court for the northern and western districts of N.Y. Burch attended the University of Albany, where he earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice and graduated summa cum laude.
