Broadway Construction Group to develop project at 645 East 9th St. for CDC Development Corp.

Once completed, the new, seven-story building will house ten residential apartment units.

The 2,307 s/f site, located on the north side of East 9^th between Aves. B and C, is currently vacant and bounded by a five-story brick building and a three-story building. The project’s design team consists of Goshow Architects, Silman Structural engineers, Star Tech Engineering and MEP Engineering, P.C. This Alphabet City location is prime for residential construction due to its proximity to the First Ave. subway station and Tompkins Square Park. Further, the completed building will contain a rear yard spanning 30 ft.
