Manhattan, NY Broadway Construction Group, (BCG) a leading construction management firm specializing in ground-up new construction and complex repositioning, will be developing a residential project at 645 East 9th St. for CDC Development Corp. Once completed, the new, seven-story building will house ten residential apartment units.

The 2,307 s/f site, located on the north side of East 9th between Aves. B and C, is currently vacant and bounded by a five-story brick building and a three-story building. The project’s design team consists of Goshow Architects, Silman Structural engineers, Star Tech Engineering and MEP Engineering, P.C.
