According to Joseph P. Day Realty Corp., BFH Associates has signed a 10-year lease at 10 East 40th St. in the Midtown area. Lisa Dresner of Fountain Realty Group represented BFH. Rick Brickell and Richard Teichman of Joseph P. Day represented the landlord, 10 East 40th Street, LLC. The space is 1,315 s/f.
