Breslin Realty leases 27,000 s/f to Big Lots

According to Kenneth Breslin, president of Breslin Realty, the firm has completed negotiations for a long-term lease with Big Lots at the Shopes at Sun Lakes. Big Lots will operate a 27,000 s/f facility specializing in the sale of general merchandise, closeouts, furnishings, furniture, furniture accessories, mattresses, appliances, electronic toys, seasonal merchandise, plastics, crafts, home goods, party goods, greeting cards, food, health and beauty products and all similar or related merchandise and any lawful use. The Breslin Organization was the developer and broker for Stop and Shop Supermarkets, the co-tenant in the shopping center. Big Lots is planning to open in November. Beth Lamport and Russ Lico represented Breslin Realty in this transaction.
