BOMA Rochester to hold annual Local Comm'l. R.E. Review on Sept. 9

BOMA of Greater Rochester will hold their 12th Annual Local Commercial Real Estate Review on Sept. 9 at Mario's Italian Steakhouse. The registration begins at 11 a.m. Lunch will be held at 11:30 a.m. and the program will run from noon to 2 p.m. Guest speakers at the event will include: * Kent Gardner, PhD, president and chief economist at the Center for Governmental Research will discuss the "Local Economy." * Heidi Zimmer-Meyer, president of the Rochester Downtown Development Corp. will discuss the "Central Business District Office Market." * Angelo Nole, executive VP of CB Richard Ellis, will discuss the "Suburban Office Market."
