BOMA Long Island holds Summer Party on August 23rd

Melville, NY On August 23rd, BOMA Long Island held its “Building Relationships with BOMA” Summer Party at The Refuge Food & Spirits, 515 Broadhollow Rd. Attendees enjoyed a night of mingling, music, cocktails and dinner. 

BOMA Long Island’s next event is its 10th Annual “Bowling with BOMA” night on October 4th. The event will be held at Bowlmor LI, 895 Walt Whitman Rd. from 6 – 9 p.m. Members can RSVP to [email protected]

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
