Blamowski, Bochenek and Collana join Buffalo office of Parsons Brinckerhoff
Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) has named Daniel Blamowski as a lead civil engineer, Ronald Bochenek as a senior planner, and Salvatore Collana as a structural engineer.
Blamowski comes to PB with 12 years of experience in project management and engineering in various states and has managed road construction, traffic signal, traffic management and site development projects. He holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the American Public Works Association. He is a registered professional engineer in N.Y., Penn., N.J., Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota and Arizona.
Bochenek is an urban and regional planning expert who has managed the development of land use, environmental planning and emergency management documentation for a variety of projects. He earned a master's degree in Urban Planning and a bachelor's in Political Science from SUNY at Buffalo. He is a member of the American Planning Association.
Collana has 14 years of structural engineering experience, designing and managing bridge construction, rehabilitation and inspection projects as well as other infrastructure undertakings. He holds master's and bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo.
