Rochester/Buffalo Realty invited five area commercial brokerages to meet and present their firms, discuss marketing programs, experience/market knowledge and property valuation. Based upon these criteria, Steve Blake and Lida Mychaskiw of CBRE|Buffalo were selected as the exclusive broker representatives for the subject property. The property was engaged in a bid sale and secured multiple competitive bids from prospective buyers, with Anderson Equipment Co. ultimately obtaining the site for $1.426 million.
