Beyda and Sutton of JUD Leasing represent landlord in 31,000 s/f lease to MRBI
According to JUD Leasing Corp., Multi-Cultural Radio Broadcasting Inc. (MRBI) has signed a lease to relocate their global headquarters to 40 Exchange Pl.
As exclusive leasing agents of 40 Exchange Pl., Charles Beyda and Judah Sutton of JUD Leasing Corp. represented the landlord. MRBI was represented by Diane Dickinson of Prudential Douglas Elliman. MRBI signed a 15-year lease for 31,000 s/f of office and studio space.
