Berg of GFI Realty Services brokers $5 million industrial property sale

237 Kent Street - Brooklyn, NY

Brooklyn, NY According to GFI Realty Services, the firm has completed the $5 million sale of an industrial property in the Greenpoint neighborhood. Located at 237, 245 and 247 Kent St., the site is comprised of three contiguous parcels, and is situated at a nexus of major commercial developments and transportation points.

Sasha Berg,
GFI Realty Services

GFI Realty associate Sasha Berg represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.

According to Berg, “Because of the property’s prime location within Greenpoint–a neighborhood centrally located within the Tri-State area–there was a great deal of investor interest. With so much local industrial product being converted to office and residential facilities, the seller was very happy that we were able to find a buyer who would keep the property’s industrial use.”
