BDG Architects acquires JRS Architect, expands services

Mineola, NY BDG Architects has acquired JRS Architect, PC effective July 1, 2025. Bringing together the talents and resources of these  practices will result in a team of over 150 design professionals and expands BDG Architects’ footprint beyond its five offices throughout the Southeast and adds two offices in the Northeast.

JRS and its staff of design professionals bring 39 years of expertise in markets including workplace, banking, retail marketplace, education, healthcare, hospitality industrial along with historic preservation services. Through offices on Long Island and Princeton, N.J. the focus has been on the greater New York City metropolitan area for start-ups to Fortune 100 firms.
