Aziz and LaSorsa join PWGC as field hydrogeologists

Bohemia, NY According to P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc.’s (PWGC) Environmental Compliance Unit, Omar Aziz and Tyler LaSorsa have joined as field hydrogeologists.

Aziz will be assisting in completing a variety of environmental compliance projects. His responsibilities will include conducting air assessments for various types of industries, acquiring air permits from the NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation and NYC Dept. of Environmental Protection, completing carbon footprint analyses, hazardous waste inspections/reporting, and petroleum bulk storage inspections.

“I am excited to be a part of the PWGC team designing and implementing solutions to issues as well as helping companies adhere to environmental policy,” Aziz said. “I hope that by working with clients on these projects, my passion will inspire them to be proactive about developing sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in all aspects of life.”

LaSorsa has experience with industrial hygiene (IH) projects and has an extensive knowledge of construction/building projects that is valuable to the IH and due diligence industry. He will be conducting IH assessments and due diligence assessments and will be cross trained with PWGC’s Environmental Unit.

“I am honored to become a part of such an amazing company,” LaSorsa said. “My goal is to expand my career and knowledge within the environmental field with the help of experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. Ultimately, I hope to positively impact the world around me by engaging in work that promotes a sustainable future.”
