New York, NY Jacob Schmuckler, Eli Serebrowski, and Meir Schlusselberg have joined Arrow Real Estate Advisors.

Schmuckler serves as a senior director at Arrow Real Estate Advisors, where he leads the sourcing of debt and equity transactions across a broad range of asset classes, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, construction, and hospitality. With more than 15 years of industry experience, He previously held the role of senior managing director at a national firm. During his career he has successfully structured and closed over 1,000 transactions, representing more than $7 billion in total loan volume across diverse property types.

Serebrowski serves as a senior director at Arrow Real Estate Advisors, bringing more than a decade of expertise in real estate finance. His ability to structure complex deals and navigate the nuances of the real estate finance landscape has earned him a reputation as a trusted strategic advisor in the industry. Before joining Arrow, he held a key role at a national brokerage, where he was instrumental in placing debt across a diverse array of asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, hospitality, and retail. Over the course of his career, Serebrowski has closed more than 600 transactions totaling $3.5 billion loan value. 

Schlusselberg serves as a vice president with Arrow Real Estate Advisors, where he leads the sourcing, underwriting, placement, and execution of commercial real estate loans on behalf of real estate owners and developers throughout the United States. Meir brings over a decade of experience to his role, having previously spent ten years at a national firm in a similar capacity. During Meir’s career, he has  successfully closed over 750 transactions across all asset classes, including multifamily, office, retail, and industrial accounting, totaling over $5 billion in loan volume.
