Albany, NY Reliant Energy Inc. based in Houston, Tex. will be opening its first office in NYS on 121 State St. Reliant, an energy service company (ESCO), will be selling electricity and natural gas to businesses and residential customers. Mark Aronowitz of Omni Development Company, Inc. represented the landlord and Mike Sampone of Pyramid Brokerage Company represented the tenant in the 4,515 s/f lease transaction.
