architecture+ has appointed architect Brian Barker, AIA, as a principal of the firm. Barker joins principals Francis Murdock Pitts, Joseph Lomonco, Michael Bergen, and Vincent Lepera. Together, they lead the firm's team of architects, planners, and interior designers.
Barker, an alumnus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, joined us in 1986. His most recent projects include a residential treatment facility for Samaritan Village in Ellenville and a specialized mental health and addiction services treatment center in Hamilton, Ontario. He is currently working on the $27 million renovation of Fitzelle Hall at SUNY Oneonta.
