Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered three new leases at 463 Seventh Ave. totaling 8,710 s/f:
* A four-year, 1,269 s/f lease for Antares Continental Corp. David Levy, principal of Adams & Co., represented tenant and landlord.
* A seven-year, 4,606 s/f lease for Y&Z World Development Inc. Levy and Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord.
* A six-year, 2,835 s/f lease for Divine Apparel Inc. Levy represented the landlord while Evan Lieberman of Winoker Realty Co. represented the tenant.
The 22-story building has 24/7 access and security in addition to newly-renovated elevators and windows. Notable tenants include Redcats USA, Bernardo Fashions, and G-111 Apparel Group. Retail tenants include Federal Express, Kara New York and Andrew's Coffee Shop.
