What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022? Our most notable project in 2022 was the successful deployment of our Virtual Power Plant (VPP) turnkey solution for Veris Residential. Logical Buildings conceived, designed, and project managed installation and commissioning of 1156 smart thermostats to transform the 750-unit luxury multifamily property into a dispatchable asset that proved to reduce peak demand 30% and enabling the property to achieve ESG carbon reduction goals.
What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2023? EV charging stations and smart electric HVAC systems are the emerging fast moving trends driving investment in multifamily and mixed-use real estate developments and retrofits. Logical Buildings paves the path for owner/developers to generate revenue electrifying mobility and HVAC in their buildings.
