Be consistent, follow through, and don’t be afraid to do the groundwork. Focus on creating value, not just chasing deals. Long-term success comes from being a trusted advisor, not just a closer.

Who has been pivotal in your professional development, and how have they influenced you? Architects, engineers, and land use attorneys have been pivotal in my professional development. In Brooklyn, where every site comes with its own zoning quirks and community context, their expertise has been invaluable. They’ve taught me how to think beyond the deal — how to evaluate feasibility, navigate approvals, and anticipate challenges. Their support has made me a more strategic and informed broker.
